Hire in Mexico

Hiring in Mexico can run through your own entity or through ours. We source and screen the talent, then employ, pay and administer the people through whichever structure fits your entity position, headcount and timeline.

Companies usually arrive with a role, not a structure. The role is the easy part, the structure determines your cost, your exposure and how fast the person can actually start. We resolve both in the same conversation.

If you have a Mexico entity, we recruit and onboard directly onto your payroll and can take on payroll and workforce administration behind it. If you do not, we employ through our Mexico infrastructure and map the transition point where your own entity becomes the better economics.

Volume changes the answer as well. One senior hire is a search problem. Forty operators before a plant ramp is a sourcing-pipeline and onboarding-logistics problem, and it is run differently.

Definition

Recruitment vs. employment

Recruitment is finding and securing the person. Employment is the legal relationship that pays them, enrolls them in IMSS and carries the obligations. In Mexico, these two are frequently separated: we can do either or both.

What you get

Permanent recruitment

Full-cycle sourcing, screening, assessment, offer management and onboarding for direct-hire roles.

Executive search

Confidential search for country managers, plant directors, finance leadership and functional heads.

Contract & temporary staffing

Project, seasonal and cover roles employed and administered by us for a defined period.

Staff augmentation

Individual specialists integrated into your existing team, under your direction, on our employment.

High-volume & manufacturing staffing

Operators, technicians, quality and maintenance for ramps, shifts and plant expansions.

EOR, payroll & contractor/AOR

Compliant employment without an entity, plus payroll, benefits and contractor administration.

Frequently asked questions

Can you hire a single role, or is there a minimum?+

A single role is a normal starting point. Most long-term relationships begin with one hire, one contractor or one pilot team.

What is the difference between recruitment and staff augmentation here?+

Recruitment places a person on your payroll or our EOR and ends at onboarding. Staff augmentation keeps the worker employed and administered by us while they work under your day-to-day direction.

Do you cover both white-collar and industrial roles?+

Yes. Engineering, IT, finance, customer experience and leadership alongside manufacturing operators, technicians, quality, maintenance and skilled trades.

How are contractors handled compliantly?+

Through contractor and AOR administration rather than direct invoicing arrangements, so classification, payment and documentation are managed against Mexican requirements.
